Under AICPA’s standards, an organization is deemed in compliance with SOC 1 Type 1 standards if its internal system controls for financial reporting are properly designed and implemented at a specific point in time—in Two Prime’s case, as of October 31, 2025.
Similarly, SOC 2 Type 1 standards pertain to an organization that has in place appropriate controls for security, availability, and confidentiality trust services criteria. According to its recently completed third-party audit, Two Prime’s obligations under SOC 2 Type 1 have also been met as of October 31, 2025. For both sets of standards, Two Prime expects to undergo regular examinations to confirm its ongoing compliance.
